DOT/ CDL Exam

We Offer DOT/ CDL Physical Exam Here

The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requires truck, van, bus or other commercial vehicle drivers to have a physical exam every two years to remain compliant, although some employers require their employees to be examined more frequently to adhere to individual policies. Affordable Medical Clinic provides convenient DOT-compliant physical examinations to help you meet DOT requirements—and keep your employees on the road.

We’ll complete the Medical Examination Report for Commercial Driver Fitness Determination form and its supporting documentation, including DOT physical forms.

You must pass all DOT physical requirements in order to be cleared for your CDL medical card.
